  The rooms and spa are excellent. Daily wine, cheese and cookie delivery to the room is a nice touch. Highly recommended.

  Very nice facilities. Only stayed 1 night but received a massage at the spa, had dinner in the restaurant and ordered room service for breakfast. Everything and all the staff were wonderful. Unfortunately the room service was fairly cold once it was delivered (20min later than they said). Aside from that, I would recommend to friends.

  I've been her several times and the food and massage services are great. The cell phone use (talking on the phone, texting, etc.) In the quiet room, terrace, and locker room are extremely dissapointing and increasing each visit. When brought up to staff, the response was "sorry" with out even looking up from the desk, despite multiple complaints. Maybe they should be checking in phones or if they are are going to allow rude customers to be inconsiderate maybe my services should be attached to their bill. (Skaneateles location)

  Spent one night here. Hung out and read while my wife did a spa treatment. Food was really good. Great place for a quick romantic getaway.
